These terms and conditions of sale (T&Cs) govern the sale of Moony-brand plush night lights made on the Moony website by TECH PORTAGE PRO, a SAS with share capital of €100, whose registered office is at 25 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris, France, registered with the Paris Trade Register under number 994 935 146 (hereinafter "the Seller"). Any order implies the customer's full and unreserved acceptance of these T&Cs.
The products offered are described and presented as accurately as possible. Photographs and illustrations are not contractually binding. The products are plush night lights intended for domestic use. Use by a baby must be supervised by an adult.
Prices are shown in US dollars. The current unit price is $34.99 per plush, and the Duo Pack (2 plushes) is offered at $59.98. Shipping costs are $6.99 and are free when you purchase 2 plushes. The Seller reserves the right to change its prices at any time; the price applied is the one in effect at the time the order is placed.
The customer confirms their order after checking the contents of their cart. The sale is considered final once the order is confirmed and payment has been received. The Seller reserves the right to cancel any order in the event of a dispute, irregular payment, or stock shortage.
Payment is made online by credit/debit card (Visa, Mastercard) via the secure payment provider Stripe. Payments are encrypted and secure. The order is processed once payment is confirmed.
Products are delivered to the address provided by the customer. Delivery generally takes 6 business days, with parcel tracking. The Seller cannot be held liable for delays attributable to the carrier or to a case of force majeure.
The customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise a right of withdrawal, with no need to give a reason. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer in the event of a simple withdrawal (change of mind); however, if the product is defective or non-compliant, return costs are fully covered by Moony. Before any return, the customer should contact customer service (contact@moonyfamily.com or +33 7 80 95 40 94) to obtain the return address. The product must be returned in its original condition.
In the event of withdrawal or a non-compliant product, the refund is issued within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of the returned product or proof of its shipment, using the same payment method as the one used for the order.
All products benefit from the applicable legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects, independently of the commercial "14-day money-back guarantee" offered by Moony.
The data collected is necessary to process orders. Its processing is detailed in the Privacy Policy.
These T&Cs are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, the customer may use a consumer mediator free of charge: CM2C — Centre de la Médiation de la Consommation de Conciliateurs de Justice, 49 rue de Ponthieu, 75008 Paris — www.cm2c.net. Failing an amicable solution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
